Frequently Asked Questions
Got questions? Contact us, we're here to help!
Contact usHow do you achieve such realistic surface finishes? Metal look without metal weight? Are you use other materials or only foam?
Special coatings and textures and of course professional paint.
We’ve been burned by vendors before. What about your schedule reliability?
Deadlines are sacred. Domestic production and strong project management keep everything on track — we stay in communication and accelerate when needed.
Can you match brand-exact colors?
Yes. Send a swatch — we’ll match it. Brand managers love this level of control.
Is foam more eco-conscious than traditional materials?
Lighter transport footprint, easier handling, fewer resources for installation, less waste. It’s a step toward responsible production.
We have a crazy idea. Do you handle complex creative shapes?
Yes. In Savannah, we built a full “fairy-tale” façade for a TV show — match to concept down to the millimeter. Wild geometry excites us.
What protective coatings do you use for durability?
Hard-coat, moisture shields, fire-retardant treatment upon request. It depends on environment and load. For example, we built a massive “ancient stone” gateway for an outdoor activation in St. Augustine. Salt air, bright Florida sun, nightly dew… the environment was ready to challenge anything man-made. We applied a hybrid epoxy-polyurethane coating with just enough flexibility to withstand micro-impacts during transport, plus a UV-stable finish to prevent color shift under spotlights. Local crews opened the site early one morning after a tropical rainstorm, and the structure looked like it had just rolled out of the shop. Guests pressed their palms to the “stone,” convinced it weighed several tons. That’s the beauty of the coating: the illusion of durability, backed by engineering that actually keeps the piece alive through the entire run.
We want to reuse the installation many times. Will it survive?
Foam props for movies are engineered for repetition. One Orlando installation survived 14 moves and still looked great.
What if we need last-minute adjustments on site?
We plan for it.
