Advanced Manufacturing Capabilities

Custom Architectural Signage & Large-Format Fabrication — Engineering • Fabrication • Finishing • Nationwide Delivery

We Build What Others Can’t

We Build What Others Can’t

3D Sign Factory is a full-service manufacturing company specializing in custom architectural signage, monument signs, dimensional letters, experiential branding, large-format displays, and sculptural elements — built on a production platform engineered for repeatable results at franchise scale.

From engineering and prototyping to nationwide production and delivery, we provide everything under one roof — a Florida-based manufacturing platform combining robotic CNC machining, large-format EPS fabrication, high-pressure PU foam molding, industrial polyurea coatings, digital fabrication, and in-house logistics. Whether you need a single monument sign for one location or a nationwide rollout across a 300-unit franchise network, our platform is built to deliver exceptional quality, precision, and scalability — backed by a 20-year warranty on every element we produce.

We Build What Others

Our Sign & Branding Product Line

Signage is the core of what we manufacture. Every technology described in this document exists to support one goal: producing a complete, dimensionally consistent brand expression — not a single sign, but the full set of elements a location, or a national network, needs to look identical from the first unit to the three-hundredth.

Capability Deck Our Sign Branding Product Line
  • Monument & Pylon Signs — full architectural bases, cabinets, and illuminated cabinet faces
  • Dimensional & Channel Letters — foam-cored, polyurea-hardened, paint- or laminate-finished
  • Architectural Column & Cladding Sign Bases — matched to a franchise brand’s building fascia
  • Large-Format Sculptural Logos & Icons — 3D brand mascots and icon elements
  • Experiential & Brand Activation Displays — trade show, retail, and grand-opening installations
  • Themed Environment & Attraction Signage — entertainment and hospitality-scale set pieces
  • Wayfinding & Directional Sign Systems
  • Faux Stone, Brick & Stucco Sign Base Panels
  • Custom Architectural Accents — columns, arches, and decorative elements for storefront and site branding

Because monument bases, dimensional letters, and sculptural elements are produced on the same synchronized manufacturing platform, proportions, colors, and finishes stay identical from the first sign to the last — whether the order is for one storefront or an entire franchise network.

Our Manufacturing Platform

Unlike traditional sign shops, we combine multiple manufacturing technologies under one roof to produce virtually any sign or branding project — from a single dimensional logo to a nationwide franchise rollout.

▌ Engineering & Design

Our engineering team transforms concepts, brand standards, and franchise design guides into production-ready solutions before a single piece of material is cut.

Engineering Design
  • CAD Engineering
  • Shop Drawings & Production Drawings
  • Value Engineering
  • Material Selection
  • Structural Design & Wind Load Considerations
  • Installation Planning
  • Custom Fabrication Design
  • Toolpath simulation in SprutCAM and RoboDK before production — franchise-approved artwork is validated in simulation before it ever touches the machine

▌ Large-Format Robotic CNC Manufacturing

Our production centerpiece is a fully synchronized 8-axis robotic CNC system, purpose-built for oversized precision components:

Large Format Robotic CNC Manufacturing
  • 6-axis industrial robot on an 8-meter servo linear rail, plus a servo-driven rotary table — robot, rail, and table interpolate as one coordinated kinematic system, not sequential passes
  • 9 kW spindle, 18,000–24,000 RPM, 12-position automatic tool changer with automatic tool-length measurement
  • 05 mm repeatability across a working envelope up to 2,700 mm — the reason a monument base carved in week one matches a monument base carved in week forty
  • Expandable to a horizontal rotary positioner with interchangeable tube fixturing for columns, faux beams, and other long architectural sign-base components — no machine reconfiguration required

Supported by a dedicated 5-axis CNC foam router and computer-controlled specialty cutters for spiral-fluted columns, balustrades, column caps/bases, and architectural arches.

Capabilities include: Monument Sign Structures • Dimensional Letters & Logos • Architectural Sign Bases • Custom Displays • Mold Production • Sculptural Components • Large-Format Foam Fabrication

▌ EPS Foam Fabrication

We specialize in large-scale EPS manufacturing for lightweight yet durable sign structures, using a multi-axis hot-wire cutting fleet built specifically for oversized work:

EPS Foam Fabrication
  • Multi-axis contour hot-wire cutters (2, 4, and 5-axis configurations), cutting widths up to 12 ft and lengths up to 16 ft
  • Hot-wire down cutters and slab slicers for raw block preparation at volume
  • PolyMax 5500 densification system (250 lbs/hour) and high-capacity grinders for material reclamation and surface hardening

Applications: Monument Signs • Dimensional Letters & Logos • Architectural Sign Bases • Trade Show Displays • Stage Props • Theme Park Components • Retail Installations

▌ PU High-Pressure Foam Molding

PU High Pressure Foam Molding

A dedicated high-pressure polyurethane (PU) foam molding line — including a high-pressure PU foaming machine, a mold-frame moving system, precision metal cornice molds (1270 × 3100 × 127 mm), automated panel molds and corner molds with pneumatic open/close cylinders, mold temperature control (440V), and a JYYJ-3H spray foam unit with heated hose and dual feed pumps — produces rigid, dimensionally precise PU architectural profiles independent of our EPS/hot-wire process.

This gives us a second, purpose-built material path for sign-base trim, cornice detail, and decorative accents that call for dense, rigid PU rather than carved EPS — molded rather than carved, and identically repeatable across a full franchise rollout.

Applications: Sign Base Cornices & Trim • Corner & Panel Elements • Decorative Architectural Accents

Advanced Polyurea Hard Coating

▌ Advanced Polyurea Hard Coating

Our industrial polyurea systems — including a Graco H-XP2 Reactor and a dedicated 24 ft spray-foam/polyurea trailer rig — create the seamless, impact-resistant shell behind the 20-year warranty we stand behind on every sign we produce.

  • High Impact Resistance
  • Weather & Moisture Resistant, including salt-air and coastal exposure
  • Long Service Life, Exterior Grade
  • Lightweight Construction

This is the difference between a sign that looks good on installation day and one that still looks flawless after twenty years of sun, rain, and coastal humidity.

▌ Large Format 3D Printing

An in-house fleet of 4 large-format filament (FDM) 3D printers, each with a 48″ × 48″ build volume, supports rapid production of full-scale prototypes, master patterns, and custom fixtures ahead of full-scale fabrication.

Capabilities: Master Patterns • Custom Fixtures • Engineering Models • Sculptural Components • Product Development

▌ High Resolution Resin Printing

4 photopolymer (resin) 3D printers, each with an 18″ × 18″ build volume, deliver exceptional fine detail for logos, mascots, and decorative appliques beyond what large-format EPS carving can achieve.

High Resolution Resin Printing

Applications: Logo & Icon Detail • Miniatures • Precision Parts • Decorative Appliques • Prototype Validation

▌ Laser Cutting & Engraving

A 185-watt laser system with a 48″ × 120″ working area handles precision cutting and engraving across multiple sheet materials for sign components, templates, and fine decorative detail at full sign scale.

Laser Cutting Engraving

Capabilities: Acrylic • PVC • Wood • MDF • Composite Panels • Templates • Sign Components • Decorative Panels

▌ Rotational Casting

Who We Work With

Our platform is built around four core client groups — each relying on us for a different stage of a brand’s life, from a single flagship location to a national rollout.

▌ Sign Companies & National Sign Franchises

Who We Work With

A manufacturing partner that can reproduce an approved design at the same tolerance and finish across every franchise location — whether the network has 35 locations or 650. We manufacture behind the brand, not in front of it, so your sign company remains the client-facing point of contact.

▌ General Contractors & Developers

Sign packages engineered and produced to drawing tolerances, delivered pre-assembled and on schedule to keep new-build and renovation projects on the critical path.

▌ Architects & Designers

A manufacturing partner that can turn a design intent — proportions, profiles, custom detailing — into a buildable sign or branding element, with shop drawings and structural input at the design stage.

▌ Retail Chains, Restaurants & Hospitality Brand Owners

Property owners and brand operators responsible for consistent brand expression across multiple locations — supported by our 20-year warranty and repeatable production for matching replacement elements years after the original installation.

We also serve theme parks, museums, entertainment venues, casinos, healthcare, education, and government campuses.
